Scenic Properties was founded upon a vision of providing luxury vacation homes to discerning guests visiting the sugar-white sandy beaches of SEASIDE, FLORIDA on the Gulf of Mexico and the Beaches of South Walton.
We are passionate about exceeding the expectations of our guests. We believe the luxury homes on our boutique vacation rental program, along with our concierge amenities, deliver a level of services that allow guests of Scenic Properties to enjoy carefree vacations in the exclusive resort community of Seaside. Scenic Properties is the only rental agent representing homes located exclusively in Seaside, Florida
We know each of our unique and wonderful homes in detail as we work directly with the owners to ensure each property meets the highest of standards. The comfort and luxury of the homes may be enhanced by a request to our Concierge for a chef prepared meal, to stock the kitchen with favorite items or even to arrange a wine tasting.

After 25 years in real estate management (the last 5 of which were spent as a member of the Executive Team at Seaside, Florida, the award-winning resort beach town credited as the model for New Urban Communities) Lenora Herr, founder of the independently-owned and operated Scenic Properties, filled the void of vacation rental services by providing personal vacation experiences for discriminating guests.
